Is Chinese Buffet Healthy?
Of all the food that I’ve eaten before, Chinese food has one of the most amounts of oil used to fry, or any sort of dishes. However, with that being said, there are nutritious Chinese foods which contain all the ingredients of vegetables, meat, fish, seafood, etc. What do you think? Is Chinese food overall a healthy food for people? Enjoying great food is one thing and is it being healthy is another thing. And what are the healthiest Asian foods in Mississauga?

Yelp -How to find a Unique Mississauga Buffet?

Yelp -How to find a Unique Mississauga Buffet?

“Unique” is a very hard word to define. The reason is because different people have different perspective and they think about their “unique” definition.

Thus, here is the best way which help you to find your own unique Mississauga Buffet Restaurant – accessing into www.yelp.ca website. When you open this website, you will see the search tools on the top which include “find” and “near”. On the “find” box type “buffet restaurants”, “near” box types “Mississauga ON”, then click ok. A list of Mississauga Buffet Restaurant will appear. However, that list is very general. So, you will do the next step that is tick on the option under search tool. For example, I want the list rank from high rate, I will select high rate on the Sort By. After that, choosing Mississauga as the city on the Cities tool. Then choose the distance, price and feature which you want. Finally, you have to choose the category like tick on Chinese and Buffet box and click ok. There are many Chinese Buffets Mississauga will appear, which are ranked from the highest rate to the lowest one and according to your selections of price, distance and features.

Wok of Fame - My Best Chinese Buffet

Wok of Fame - My Best Chinese Buffet

Figure 15 (Wok of Fame, 2012)

As a “food-a-holic”, I have the chance to experience many Unique Mississauga Buffet Restaurants. Thus, in my opinion, Wok of Fame is the best one due to these reasons:

1.     The whole restaurant is very big. It is decorated with a Chinese garden style which looks very natural as well as fresh. Besides that, the chandeliers, candles, piano create a really romantic atmosphere.
2.     Excellent service: when you enter Wok of Fame, there are hostesses who will introduce the restaurant to you and direct you to your seat. Then, a server will come and talk to you about your reservation. Both of them are really nice and willing to answer all of your questions.
3.     Plenty of delicious food: they have many of different food sections: wok, teriyaki, hot dish, sushi, salad, desert and beverage. Besides that, steaks are their special foods.
4.     Promotion: they have a free birthday promotion as well as senior 20% discount. Moreover, if you are loyal customer, you will have a 10% discount when you come to the restaurant.

Those are my reviews about Wok of Fame, do you have any interesting experiences about other restaurants like Wasabi Restaurant or Spoonful Restaurant to share? Please comment below the post.

Enjoy your dinner and tell me your own experiene,

How to eat sushi the appropriate way

How To Eat Sushi The Appropriate Way
This is the tutorials of how to eat sushi appropriately; I’ve seen a lot of people eat sushi the wrong way in big places such as Japanese Wasabi Restaurants, or 168 Sushi Buffets. This is how you correctly eat Sushi (Rodgers)
1.     Preparing to eat (Believe it or not sushi can have preparations). (Rodgers)
a.     A lot of restaurants have wet towels for you to clean your HANDS, not your face. So wipe your hands (because you’ll eat with your hands), and put it aside. (Rodgers)
b.     Put enough amount of soy sauce, don’t put too much.
2.     Wasabi and Ginger (Rodgers)
a.     Don’t dump the wasabi into soy sauce (Rodgers)
                                                                        i.     The reason why is because it is the same feeling as you pour a tons of ketchup on top of a well-prepared expensive steak and ruined it. (Rodgers)

b.     However, if you want some of the wasabi taste, put a small brush on top of the fish and gently dip it into the soy sauce. (Rodgers)

c.     Ginger is used to cleanse your plates between each dishes and you should not eat it along with the sushi. (Rodgers)
3.     How to eat the right way
a.     Sashimi- Eat with chopstick (Rodgers)
                                                                        i.     However, you can mix soy sauce with wasabi only if you’re eating sashimi.
b.     Sushi-Can be use both by hands or by chopsticks. (Rodgers)

So what have you been doing wrong so far? Or if not, leave a comment below if you want to add for more tips.

Do you know how many types of food items are in a Chinese Buffet Mississauga??

Let separate them into each section with me:

1.     Salad Bar: there are many different kinds of fresh vegetables, fruits, proteins as well as gravy which you can mix together to create your own salad.

Figure 8 (Noel, 2014)

2.     Soup & Bread: depending on each restaurant, there are different type of soups. However, according to my experience, wonton soup, egg and corn soup as well as hot and sour are three main soups in any Chinese restaurant.

Figure 9 (Appetite for China, 2008)

3.     Sushi: although they are Chinese restaurants, sushi is one of important part of a Chinese Buffet.

Figure 10 (Avey, 2012)

4.     Hot foods: there are often stirred and fried rice, noodles, chicken, BBQ pork, steamed fish, shrimp, vegetables and so on. All of them are often very oily, but very delicious.

Figure 11 (Reeceayers, 2012)

5.     Unique foods: Each restaurant, they have their own unique foods in this section. For example, at Mandarin - they have a special grill. Wok of Fame – they have many types of steaks, Wasabi Restaurant – they make a variety of sushi.

Figure 12 ( GUEST WRITER, 2013)

6.     Seafood: this foods are often prepared during the dinner weekend. Thus, the dinner price during the weekend is the most expensive.

7.     Dessert: the crisp waffle is very popular there. Besides that, different kind of cakes, fruits, chocolate fountain as well as ice-cream are also parts of desserts.
